I have been living in the UK for over 20 years. During this time I got experience of working on construction sites. As a professional floor fitter I encountered many problems related to dampness. Many specialists who I met offered damp proofing to tackle rising damp. Unfortunately it didn’t seem to solve the issue. To get additional insight into this problem, I decided to take the PCA Surveyors Training Timber & Dampness in Buildings. It has been my passion and mission to help clients to understand and solve the damp problem.

Subsequent to an inspection, we prepare a detailed, professional report. The reports that we write are easily understood and give clear guidance.

I am an independent professional, offering honest, impartial damp advice, supported by a wealth of experience.

As I am independent, I do not have a commercial bias. Therefore, I never recommend unnecessary repairs or treatments. Besides avoiding needless disruption and inconvenience, the service I provide can save time and money.

Since I do not perform remedial works of any nature, I place a strong emphasis on correctly diagnosing problems. As a result, the surveys that I provide are detailed and exhaustive.
